RETURN POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It also must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. All returns will be refunded via a store credit.

RETURN TIMEFRAME:

You have 14 days from the date the item was delivered to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@chiccurrensi.com within the specified return timeframe. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the process.

SHIPPING THE RETURN:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Chic Currensi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
